Careington/Guardian Update
This only affects Phoenix, AZ, and Louisville, KY at this time. As a contracted Careington Care Platinum PPO provider, we would like to inform you of a change to Guardian access. Effective June 15, 2022, Guardian will no longer access the Care Platinum PPO network for your practice.
