Brittany joins PPO Advisors with eight years of experience in the dental industry.
As an office manager, she learned first-hand how hard it can be for dental providers to navigate the ever-changing world of insurance. She remembers all the challenges with credentialing, as well as calls with unhappy patients who had received a bill when they thought they had stayed in-network. As an Implementation Coordinator at PPO Advisors, Brittany loves putting her experience to work to help dental providers avoid those headaches and get a better deal from insurance companies.
Brittany’s path to the dental field was an unusual one. While attending North Carolina State University with plans to become a veterinarian, she took a job as a vet tech where she assisted with surgical dental cleaning for animals. She ended up changing her mind about being a vet and graduated up with a degree in Biology Human Anatomy, but her interest in dentistry motivated her to work in the field. Brittany went on to manage a large ortho and general dentistry practice, where she played a pivotal role in growing the business and increasing staff.
Brittany lives in Angier, North Carolina, with her husband and six-year old son. She is a dedicated volunteer for several organizations that are close to her heart, including Multiple Sclerosis Organization, Breast Cancer Awareness and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Brittany gives 110% effort to everything she does and lives by the simple belief that you should always be yourself and love yourself.
