Throughout her career, she has handled everything from patient care and insurance coordination to ensuring the smooth operation of a dental office. She takes pride in being a dependable and resourceful professional, whether guiding a nervous patient through a procedure, resolving complex insurance matters, or supporting her team to keep the day running efficiently.
Outside of work, Carmen’s life is full of love, energy, and adventure. She and her husband have a blended family with two boys and two girls, along with their two dogs, Daisy and Delilah. Despite a busy household, she always finds time to enjoy the things she loves—cooking, dancing, exploring the city, and discovering new restaurants. Food plays a big role in how she connects with others, whether through sharing home-cooked meals or trying new dining experiences.
