Janeil joined PPO Advisors with 30 + years of experience in many facet of the dental industry.
In fact, it was Janeil who gave Shelley DeGroff her first job in the business by hiring her to work the front desk at the pediatric dental office Janeil managed. The two have remained good friends ever since and when Shelley invited Janeil to join her growing firm in 2017, Janeil enthusiastically got on board.
As the most experienced team member, Janeil has first-hand knowledge of how unprepared dental practices are to deal with PPOs. Having walked in the shoes of her clients, she appreciates the opportunity she has to help practices boost their income. Janeil takes the time to help her clients understand how the PPOs really work, doing for them what she wishes someone would have done for her. Her favorite part of her job is the moment when clients learn they’re getting the highest fee schedule possible.
A self-described “people-person,” Janeil loves talking to her clients and getting a feel for how they want to move their practices forward. She also enjoys the sense of teamwork she shares with her colleagues and the way everyone helps each other out.
Janeil attended Omaha College of Health Careers where she earned certifications as a dental assistant, dental X-ray, coronal polishing and dental office management. She is a 10-year member of the Nebraska Certified Dental Assistant Association.
Janeil has lived in Omaha for many years but grew up on a farm in beautiful Boyd County, Nebraska, near the spot where Lewis and Clark saw their first prairie dog. She has been married for 37 years, has three adult children, and three grandchildren. She is active in her church and is inspired daily by the three Fs in her life – family, friends and faith.
